I've been training for 2 years on and off but have only recently started to make good progress. I have never used gear but I am thinking about trying them out but feel as though I am drowning with all information I have gathered about them!!!
I have spent last year researching and reading the boards. I have learned a lot of interesting things and prepared a diet/training/supplement regime myself by spending hours reading the boards on Elite fitness.
It is soul destroying to read all these posts then to realise that you cannot get the items in the UK or the brands etc.
Would any of you experienced users be prepared to take me under your wing and advise me with my with my first cycle/s, diet, training regime??? my diet and training are posted in the other relevant forums!!!Or advise on what you've found to be a good combination for a beginner? Any advice gratefully received.
Think of me as your 'little project' by helping a very keen novice in makng the most of what they have got!!
I have taken a long time to try to include everything that i feel needs to be included in this post about myself!!

My aims are to cut to around 8 per cent body fat and to bulk slighty.
my stats are as follows:
17th July 2002---WEIGHT 89.1 kg
BODY FAT 25.6per cent
BMI 30.5
17th August------WEIGHT 84.5 kg
BODY FAT 23.2 per cent
18th September---WEIGHT 81kg
BODY FAT 21.5 per cent
20th October-----WEIGHT 78.9 kg
BODY FAT 19.8per cent
BMI 27.0
20th November ---WEIGHT 76.8kg
BODY FAT 18per cent
BMI 26.3
