I'm going to start mass/strength training, started working out 6 weeks ago, so far only using amino acid tabs, and protein shakes sometimes.

What should I add in besides a multi vitamin?
 
More FOOD!!!!!

You got to eat to grow brother. Most supplements are a waste of money imo. A good protein shake, creatine, and some fish oil is all you really need. Post up your diet if you'd like the resident experts to help maximize your growth potential :)

AFter a while, you might want to check out UNLEASHED.

After a year or so, you might be ready for a little Beastdrol. :evil:

Train hard.
 
No harm done, didn't realize how much I have to eat even at my low bodyweight, i'll stick with just vitamins, aminos, and protein shakes for now.
