increase cardio, this burns more calories as well as raising your metabolism which also allows you to burn calories whilst not actually doing anything!
Decrease carbohydrate intake gradually untill you get to a point of where your oinly consuming like 250-500g per day. Increase protien intake to 2.5g per lb body mass, or more if you are consuming more thn that!
Doing a cycle of primo @400mg (min) the whole 3 moths should be fine as it allows an anabolic environment whilst on alow calorie diet! You could also do a clen, eca stack. 2 weeks on the clen the two weeks on the eca and then repeat. Clen allows an anabolic envirnment within the muscle cels and a catabolic effect to fat, so really that is what you should be aiming for if dieting is what you are after.
Also try these golden rules i use!
1. no carbs after 7pm
2. cardio b4 breakfast
3. carbs in the morning higher than any other ime in the day
4. try not to lose more than 2 lb per week. (2*12=24lbs lost)
5.protein drink with water (45g of protein) before bed and afetr training )put back what your taken in!
6.weigh your self at the same time of the day and roughly in the same state e.g b4 exercise, same amount of food(roughly) etc
