Bamboo / Modal sheets... anyone?

Anyone have bamboo sheets? How about modal? Which is better?

So I picked up a set of each... the modal is soft, the but bamboo is f'ing great. It's cooler to sleep on, highly recommend as I get hot like a menopausal woman. That said, I have lots of modal grampa shirts and knew what I was getting into there... nice but kinda similar to the clothing material. I prefer the bamboo but have to say, you can't find bamboo over 300 thread count and I'm coming off of italian linens that were very heavy/nice so the bamboo feels a bit flimsy in comparison

Bamboo sheets are the best, super comfortable to sleep on! I found mine at Green Earth Bamboo, a fantastic online store What I found very helpful was the fact that they offer free sheet samples so you can feel the bamboo before purchasing.

I love my bamboo sheets, soft as hell but still cool in the summer.

Plus, it was good to see the original chris in this old bumped thread.
