I'm afraid to google it or look at the pictures, I get the general gist though and am dying to ask, why would you do this? Aesthetics or pain/pleasure factor?

If you want you ball to hang lower get a vastectomy. They will work their way down just fine over time. Just like a 20year old boobs do.

Not into pain or torture. In fact, if there is pain involved with it, I want nothing to do with it. Just a general question. My wife and I don't plan on having any more kids, so fertility is not a problem. The vasectomy comment is one I had not heard before. That is on the list to do as well. Just inquiring for some help in the aesthetics department.

Vasectomy won't help the boys hang lower, unclear on the concept. Vasectomy cuts the Vas deferns, the spermatic cord makes'm bob up-in down. Age makes'um hang though. Torquemada had nun'tin on them things. Pun intended.
