Yeah!! I am going on thursday and will be back on Tuesday. I will try to take lots of pictures of cool stuff along the way and post em up when I get back. We are going to do lots of diving and I will bring along my underwater camera, but I really don't have the lighting to get great pictures with the thing. Plus, I don't know much about underwater photography.

Anyway, I'm excited because I have never gone on a cruise ship before. It should be something a little different than flying. =-)

Where are you going?? The wife and I went their for our honeymoon (14 plus years ago). . .five pieces of advice:

1. Take lots of sunscreen,

2. Prepare to sweat like you've never sweat before. . .it's just ridiculously hot there this time of year,

3. Take a few pints of extra blood with you. . .if you decide to go for a walk on the beach at night, you'll need a transfusion by the time the skeeters get done with you,

4. Prepare to exercise your patience. . .the Bahamas isn't a real popular destination this time of year due to it's proximity to the equator (see 2. above) so, most places only have a skeleton crew of wait-staff and

5. Don't go downtown at or after dusk. . .trust me.

Oh, and just because the place is in the middle of the ocean, don't expect any fresh seafood. . .except conch and a couple of other lesser species there ain't no damn sea life there. . .strange-ass place.

I know what you are saying about raining. My fella and I are a little crazy, though. We go diving during tropical storms...lol. I checked, and so far, there are no storms headed that way. I was worried about booking in hurricane season, but it seems to be holding together so far, knock on wood.

I just hang my junk out the window and let it fly. Two of the tie downs are loose so it tilts towards one side...it's alot easier if you just want to relax while your doing your business.

Also : Correction on my last post...there was egg in that thing, so I'm assuming it was an Egg McMuffin of some sort.

I'm going up to a mountain resort here in Quebec. It's a summer paradise. We rented a home on the beach, with a boat, heated pool etcc....My best friend and her hubby are flying in from Philly to go up with me and my boyfriend.
So just fun in the sun, horse back riding, mountain climbing etc.....I've not had a 2 week vacation in over 10 yrs....so I feel your excitment my friend.

I think hazing and ruining threads is the stuff of college fraternities so that insecure men can feel macho while their testicals are still descending and they are still trying to grow pubes. One would hope that men in their mid twenties and beyond would be past that. It appears that a few men on here though, never outgrew it.

One would also think that other women would stand up and say that we are not going to tolerate the rudeness.

Instead everyone sits around and meekly hems and haws while woman after woman gets frustrated and leaves the site. I'll state right here and now that any new girl that gets here and takes constant shit from some spineless jellyfish of a man like Jack-Schitt will have me tell him that he is a pussy and a coward.

That is just me, though. I don't pretend to think it's cool when people are rude, mean, and arrogant. If anyone ever attacked your children or you as a mother, I would immediately tell them to go fuck themselves. It's just out of line. I know of someone who said something which was unprovoked and offensive to you, and it completely changed my opinion of her. I never conversed with her again.

I'm not asking you to take sides. i really don't care. I just think all the women here should stick together. We are a minority that takes more shit than we deserve. If we had a girls club as cohesive as the boys network around here, thing would be more pleasant for all the women here.
