Bad knees

Yeah, I kind of have a knee problem, where as every once in a while the joint under my knee cap will pop. It feels good each time it happens as it releives it in some odd way, but, It also weakens my knee joints, and Its hard to squat when you cant push up without feeling extreme pain/injury. So ... What can I do about this?
 
Warm up your knee joints before you squat and learn to sit back more on your squat so your knees don't go over your toes. Also see a doctor if it gets worse.
