Back workout?

Here lately i have noticed that my back dosent feel it anymore and i am looking for a new back work out....

Post up your back workouts PLEASE..........THANK YOU!
 
I currently train my back a few times a week. This isn't my current routine, but I've used similar.

Chin/Pull-up 4-5 x as many reps as possible just short of failure
Pendlay Rows 5 x 5 or 3 x 8
Deads or Rack pulls starting with 5s and wrking up to a heavy 3 or a single
Power shrugs 2 x 12-15 these would be optional.

This looks simple but simple isn't always easy.
 
The only time Iv ever used an actual back routine, ie done all the back lifts on the same day was when I did this:
Deads from the floor 2x5-6
Romanian Deadlift 2x8 using 10rm
Pendlay row 2x8
Close Neutral Grip Pulldown 2x8
Rear Laterals 2x8

Although Iv found I had better gains from just doing full body workouts and including all or most of the above throughout the week.

Sounds interesting, what are they?
 
Barbell rows
Reverse Grip BB rows
Lat pulldowns or chins
Machine, low cable or hammer strength rows
Close grip or reverse pulldowns
Shrugs


Have not done deadlifts for a while, will do next time i concetrate on building strength and hit up the 5 x 5 style routine.
 
weighted chins 4xfailure...
cable wide rows 4x6-8
close pulldowns 4x6-8
bb rows or tbar rows 4x6-8
db or bb shrugs 4x6-8
 
This is what I'm doing lately and I'm loving it.

Wide Grip Chins 5x Failure
T-Bar 3x8-10
DB Rows 3x8-10
Shrugs 3x8-10

I get a much better burn from Chins than pulldowns.
