Back Routine Critique...

Damn now that's what I call progress. Kudos to you my friend. By the way, I am really looking forward to this chest routine because the changes in my back are becoming quite evident. Lats are popping out a lot more with out any flexing and now I am able to see the thickness in my middle back which I was always self conscious about.
Charles Glass is a mother of a trainer. I've seen the great work he's been doing with Gunter over the years and also the changes he has made to Spain's Silvio Samuel's back. They don't call the trainer to the champions for nothing right?
As for my body type, we'll see. I am a big guy for sure, I am just hope I can get that big.

Thanks bro. I remember Silvio's had a terrible gut and thanks to Charles Glass he got it under control, he also managed to "reshape Gunther's shoulders" with pre-exaust moves. Let me know how the chest routine works w you, in two-three weeks you should notice improvement. Good luck.

heavy deads

weighted wide grip pull-ups behing the neck and in front of the neck.

weighted chin ups

heavy rowing

T-Bar rows

Make sure you hit the back heavy, it can take the stress and it will grow

btw, cheating on your back day is not such a bad thing....i.e. swinging ur body in some exercises to help you lift more....it's not like the biceps and triceps where you have to biceps where you have to be very strict. You can go heavy because a lot of muscles come into play when you hit the back, ie. traps, shoulders, forearms, biceps, hamstrings, intercoustals, abdominals.

Heavy assed bent over rows with a supinated grip (Dorian Yates back seemed to like these). Close Grip chips (weighted if you can hang). Neutral grip one arm rows from the bench (as heavy as your delicate little arms can hang). Lateral cable pulldowns with a close and supinated grip. One Dumbell pull over crossed on a bench but be careful not to go too heavy, you don't want that dumbell landing on your face because your arms are tired.
