I posted a thread like this a week or so ago, and got lots of feedback from various peeps saying taurine helps a lot. I haven't picked up any taurine yet (keep forgetting) and I still get crippled on squat day. It sucks, I honestly have just adjusted my workout to do more leg presses etc. I'm not even taking any orals and it is super dooper bad. Some folks get em, some don't. I think if you are a taller guy, you are more likely to get bad back pumps from squats etc.
