Back Pumps...

I thought I was going to die doing squats tonight! Do you get use to this, or what?

When taking dbol is it ok to skip taking it on back day? cause I don't see how this is gonna work doing bent rows and deads..lol
 
I know how you feel. I dont get crazy back pumps but I get crazy forearm and bicep pumps on my bicep days. Gets to the point where I can barely flex at the elbow. I love it, lol. I don't see why you would wanna skip taking the dbol, than your body wont see a constant supply of dbol in your system. Im sure some others would have more experience with this than me though.
 
I posted a thread like this a week or so ago, and got lots of feedback from various peeps saying taurine helps a lot. I haven't picked up any taurine yet (keep forgetting) and I still get crippled on squat day. It sucks, I honestly have just adjusted my workout to do more leg presses etc. I'm not even taking any orals and it is super dooper bad. Some folks get em, some don't. I think if you are a taller guy, you are more likely to get bad back pumps from squats etc.
 
The back pumps can sure as fuck suck. What gets me even worse, is fucking calf pumps...excruciating fucking pain.
 
I love having a pump in every muscle...BUT the lower back! I mean, some is fine. But my back pumps are WAY too intense. Like my back is gonna rip apart!!

Thats why I was asking if it was ok to skip taking it on back days...? Leg days I may can deal with, but I don't know how in the hell I can stand this on back day.. :evil:
