Usually the bac water comes with the HGH. But as far as I know sterile water could be used as well.

you can use either if you plan on using up the mix within a week or so, but if you plan on storing it after mixing for several weeks you need to use BAC

You can use sterile water or BAC water, however the latter gives you a slightly longer window to use it.
