From the waste up I look like I'm 205. My legs suck. I had back problems b4 the cycle that has always prevented me from going heavy in Squats and Leg Press. I had a couple of good leg workouts at the begnning of the cycle, then I pulled my groin doing Leg Press...then later on my Hamstring on the same leg. Killed my leg workouts for the next 3 months. If my legs kept up with the rest of me, I'd probably be around 203-205.

My goal this cycle was to transform my body. I wanted to be leaner, defined and strong....without getting much bigger. My avg caloric intake throughout the cycle was approx 2500 calories, spread throughout 6 meals/day. the 1st 6 weeks (DBOL & SUS), I did focus on mass and probably ran up the calories to about 3500/day. I gained 7lbs in the 1st 10 days. Once I got to the SUS only portion of the cycle, I really started to watch what I ate and I also switched from the standard 55% Carbs, 30% Protein, 15% Fat...to...40% Carbs, 40% Protein, 20% Fat. When I got up to week 8 (SUS & Winny), I cut my calories to approx. 2000/day and bumped up my Protein to 50%, Carbs 30%, Fat 20%......I also began my consistant empty stomach Morning Cardio (4-5X/week).

I trained as hard as you possibly can....1.5-2hrs/body part...5-6/days week. Morning Cardio (Low Intensity 30-45min) and After Training Cardio (High Intensity 30min)....From week 6 on, I began introducing Drop Sets, all to complete Failure.

Natural Sups

Multivitamin/2x/day
Amino Acids with every meal
Omega 3 with every meal
B Complex and C/2x/day
Saw Palmetto/2x/day
Milk Thistle with every meal (Weeks 1-6 & 8-14)

I integrated the STRENGTH STACK (AGXsports) on week 8. Its basically a Creatine/fat burner fix, that was supposed to amp my workouts up and get me vascular. Honeslty I dont know how effective it was, since the SUS and Winny were really kicking in full force at the same time....This stuff definetly got my heart rate up....had a few sleepless nights because of it.....Be careful if you take this stuff...

I also integrated Water Shed after week 12. A Diuretic:

Not sure if it was the winny or this stuff..or both....but for the 1st time in my life I started to see veins I never saw before.

Started tanning after week 8...a week in the caribean gave me the tan in the after pics....

My one screw up, if you want to call it that, is I had problems getting PCT, so I went with some over the counter stuff from Primordial Performance. I'm using it now...its been almost a month since my last shot.

I'm starting to mentally prepare myself for some loss. But I'm going to keep eating right, keep the monring cardio up and train to maintain...and start planning my next cylce...
 
I'm 5'10 about 190lbs and not as wide and thick.

You look like your in the 200's with those pictures. Good progress, the tanning def helped in showing some definition.

didnt mention it because I had done when i was 21...im 37 now.....it was Puberty Gyno.....didnt take my 1st shot till I was 23....I was actually concerned that it was coming back....if you look at the before pictures there is alot of fatty tissue around my chest....more on the left side then right....i did see 2 surgeons...rather than having surgery I decided to do the cycle and knock off the fat with hard work...well in all honesty its still there..not as bad..but still there......its very masked by the muscle growth in my chest/lats and shoulders at the moment....i was also flexing in the pic......its more obvious when im standing at rest......i may end up getting removed surgically over the winter...until then Im going to keep training hard and keep up the cardio...but the reality is, its fat thats not going to go away until i have it sucked out...
