So B-12 is good for bulking. Obviously not a good solution for me.
That with some EQ would do well for appetite.
I've heard so many different views on whether or not B12 injections are worth it. I can get 30 ML & 1000MCG for cheap so wanted to know if you guys felt a difference in energy or fat loss when taking. If so, what dosages?
I use a time released B12, NEEDING only 1-2xwk injects. If you need increased energy and appetite,,,B12 is definitely worth trying.
