I two did the 50 rep workout

god damn Wodins right this fucker is the hardest workout I have ever done in my life

I stumbled out of the gym

I did it a little differently because well I can't read to well I guess

flat bench 135- 50 times 2 sets

incline DBS 60s- 37 times RC came into play had to stop

chins- 38, 12, 10

bb rows 135- 23, 12 ,12 , 10

shrugs- 225 44, 10 ,10

bb Curls lol 65- im really tired by now 42 dbol pumps killed me.

hammer curls - 50 with a super big 25 pounds

skulls - 110 46, 10

dips 50

hypers - 50

god im tired
 
LOL...you did it "right"..I was adapting the concept to my basic format. I like my one part a day and didn't want to vary that.

I like how you put that ...RC came into play... LOL!!

I do these every two to four weeks on the leg press to finish off quads. One 20-rep set on a higher weight, then about 140-160 kg for 25, 15, 10. Then crawl home. (yeah, yeah, - I'm not that strong yet, whatever) But these take one to a beautiful place in the mind, and my legs seem to have responded nicely to them.

The highest I've gone on squats is 25 reps in one go - I think I'll wait til I'm NOT on diet to do those, lol.
 
Steel...I usually do 50 reps on the leg press to finish my legs off, too...and whew...they really hurt. But...they feel awesome at the same time! :)

I may just have to try this for an exercise sometime..but NOT looking fwd to it...

I woke up FOUR TIMES last night with spasms. Life is wonderful...I even contemplated doing a bong hit last night just to get my body to relax.

I am now very, very sore and I only hope that the icyhot loosens things up enough for my workout later today. LOL!!!

I have "that smell" going on today.

yeah........ im glad im doing static this week........ holding double my max's sounds a lot easier than doing 2 weeks in a row of that crap..... man........ thats the sorest i have ever been from a workout........ i cant wait untill next week to do it again.

tried the 50 rep thing. here's what I did

squats with 175 (parallel)
22, 8, 7, 4, 4, 5

front squats with 95(parallel)
18, 10, 6, 6, 5, 3, 2

leg extension with 80
12, 8, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5

after that, I went to normal reps for stiff leg deads. my legs were just shaking too much for me to stand on. but, while working out, my quads seemed to have blown up tremendously. I think I will do this for a two week stint and see what I get out of it
 
Sounds brutal.... I am thinking about doing dome high bar squats like this in the near future...
