i think im getting sick... i feel like i did when i had mono, just no explosiveness, that shit in the back of ur throat, groggy headache
i did my rows fine then i ddi lightweight powercleans and they felt so heavy and i barely got through them and ten i got to squats and only did a set of 10, then the next one i stopped at 8 (cause i just felt like going to sleep, not cause my legs were sore), and then im like this isnt helping and i just came home
fucking awful feeling, nto being able to complete a workout
