Here's my favorite - la tortilla factory lowcarb tortillas. 9 grams/fiber, 3 grams effective carbs, 5 grams of protein, 60 calories.

The only problem is I can't get them in the stores in Philly - have to order them online at latortillafactory.com. You can get them in the grocery stores on the west coast though.

But, what about the sugar alcohols? That's still a sugar and will wang out your insulin...

I looked at thier chocolate bar and it had 18 grams of sugar alcohols in it. holy crap!

I just double-checked a package of tortillas - 0 g sugar listed under carbs, and nothing in the least bit sugar oriented in the ingedient list.. There is whole wheat flour, so if you have a wheat allergy, I wouldn't buy these.
