avoiding shoulder issues

I've got some issues with my shoulders and I'm wondering if you can give me some advice. My shoulders have been bothering me for quite a while. What would be a good option for me when it comes to frozen shoulders? What exercises should I be avoiding and which exercises do you think would be safe?

You need to be doing hot yoga to build up the mobility in your shoulders and get everything loosened up. That's the best option.

It takes 18-24 months to clear up. I do a LOT of broomstick warm ups for mobility when pressing and benching. Make sure you're using a joint and fish oil product

Fish oil is definitely helping but take a look at your diet too. Your diet could be making the shoulder issues worse.

Bros, lot of times shoulder issues gonna happen. You need to avoid certain exercises. Stay away from overhead lifting.

Make sure you do some good warm-ups, do some big circles with your arms, that's very important. There's some good videos online on how to increase mobility. Tai Chi and Yoga are crucial.

If you want to avoid shoulder injuries, make sure you're thoroughly warming up and make sure you're not doing anything stupid in the gym. These jerking motions and overhead pressing really put a lot of pressure on your shoulders.

Every single ligament is torn in both Shoulders rotator cuffs on me, massive tears, I have FS too.
I can't lift my arms out to my sides or front more than 30 degrees & can't lift my arms up overhead or any Incline work.
I can't even bench press an Olympic bar for a full rep.
What I can do is use machines because they stabilise the rotator cuff.
I do,
Overhead presses on a machine 4.5kgs total both arms thats all I can do. It feels like 100kgs, it all goes onto the muscle as there is no joint stability.
Dumbell side laterals 30 degrees out to the side
Machine side raises 30 degrees
Reverse pec deck
Dumbell rear laterals
Face pull
The amount of weight you can use is irrelevant as long as you can work the target muscle to the point of failure that's all that matters brother 💪🏽
You would be surprised what my current physique looks like using less than girls weights. Like I said muscle failure on the last set of an exercise thats all that matters.
The amount of weight used doesn't matter.
