please give me some honest advice. Im about 5'9" and 160lbs. I just finished body for life and lost 23lbs and brought my bf down to 4%. Question, I would seriously consider using gear to put on some quality lean muscle. What can u recommend for me as a 1st time user. :fro:

My advice. DO NOT DO GEAR! Not until you have reached your full potential naturally. If you take the easy way out now, it won't be pretty. And if you take gear now then you will not be as big as you can be.

peak out naturally then use gear!
 
I would say I have peaked . Im 36 and feel as if im in the best shape in my life. Its now or never and id like to know what would be my best choice for gear.
 
Maybe he is already at his potential? Not everybody can just get big naturally.

But you are asking a very broad question about what gear to take, etc. Especially without relating to us your goals, age, length of time you have trained, etc.

Do some searches on eq(equibolan/boldenone), test (testosterone/sust/omna), winny (winstrol/stanazolol), dbol (methandrostenolone/dianabol), deca (deca-durabolin/nandrolone). Also do a search for clomid, arimidex, liquidex, and proviron.

Those should get you started, and may turn you on to new ones. But these are typically used for beginners, Not that you will never use them again, just that a typical beginner stack consists of 2 injectibles and 1 oral.

This is a great chance for you to find out what you want. After you find a few, and think you know what kind of cycle, post what you think. Then guys like ultra, and mustang with tweak it for you to get the most out of it.

How long have you been @ 4% BF? And how long do you plan on maintaining it.
Seems prettyl low to me(almost dangerous) - are you prepping for a contest?
Can you post a pic - I haven't seen Skeletor in awhile. Now I know why they call you SCARYLARRY!

What are your goals, Bulk or cut ? What do you have access to ? let me know and i'll make ya up a nice cycle to help you reach them

Well, for a guy at 36 years old to get to 4% bf and naturall, I can definitly say that you have the dedication to do a propper cycle. Also, you cut that much naturally, so wether you know it or not you lost a good bit of muscle to do so. I don't see why a cycle couldn't be done. Perhaps a nice test/d-bol/winny stack. It would do wonders for you.
 
OH, oops, I thought he said he lost 4% body fat LOL 4% body fat is awesome, I wish I was that low right now :(

if your at your peak then I'd say do a very simple cycle for your first. Something like test and deca. or maybe test and winny. Something very simple but you'll see good results off of it. I'd personally choose the test/deca cycle. I'd do the test at 500mg/wk and the deca at 300mg/wk. Good Luck and try to keep it simple!!!
 
Thanks guys for the advice. At the end of the Body for life Cycle I was 4.5%bf. Currently about 7-8%. I work out regulary. As far as gear goes I heard good stuff about the low side effects. I am not sure about stacking stuff though. Isn't one steroid alone good enough for a beginner?
 
for the least side affects you can go with primobolon or anavar. For the tried and true newbie stack you could try a test/deca or test/EQ stack, even though you don't want to stack.
 
uh even if you are at 8% now post a picture...but damm 4% and natural is a lot of work, and starvation, i know on bodyfor life they keep saying "the meals are small but satisfing" yeah bullshit, they are small meals and you will be hungry, but hell it works

Not necessary, if i was at 4% bodyfat, you can bet your life on it, that i would not do a bulking cycle. NO WAY.
I would stay around the 4 %.
But Scarylarry, are you sure, because 4 % is really low man.
 
How bout a simple fina/winny cycle to add some lean mass. hehe, not that adding a couple bf% will hurt...4% sheese, im jealous :)

UHH, ya, juice is good for you, try some winny, eq, anavar, followed up by some clen. Should have you down to 0% bf in no time.:D

Use 500mg test and 300-400mg Deca or EQ per week for your first cycle. You could add Dbol to jumpstart that cycle for the first 4-6 weeks.

Personally, I like my liver too much to use dbol. What can I say? I'm a conservative. :D

Without the Dbol, and with good work ethic (diet/rest/training), you should be able to gain 20 lbs if you're a "hard gainer" and as much as 30 lbs if you gain a little easier than others.

M18, below 4.5 % BF your brain lacks the essential fats it needs to function - this state cannot be maintained very long, it is deadly...

I don't believe many of us can get this low, ever - if you're feeling great and you think you're 4% BF, you're simply deluding yourself, scarylary.:)
 
Why not try something simple like SUST250?? It was my first cycle and I gained over 10 lbs. My stats we similar to his except for my age, I was 24.
