Avena Sativa/Tribulus combo ROCKS!!!

This summer... I ran a cycle of Test/Winstrol for 8 weeks.... throughout the months of June and July. When I stopped the Propionate and Winstrol at the beginning of August, I immediately started Nolvadex and HCG therapy.... the shit worked like a charm. I remained nice and hard... still quite big... and strong as ever. I was planning on hitting Clomid for a few weeks this month, but after a week of it... I had to stop. That shit really fucks with my mind. My moods were FEARSOME! Instead... I started using Tribulus and Avena Sativa: 2 grams of Tribulus with 1.5 grams of Avena Sativa. My strength is actually climbing on this stuff... I'm still as hard and heavy as I was mid cycle too.

Yeah Avena Sativa is some powerful stuff. I'd really like to see some blood test results of avena sativa. If anything, I think it's underrated. I also saw strength gains even after coming off cycle on 2g of Avena Sativa a day.

The regular Trib gave me some good wood, but nothing else. I got absolutely nothing from the Tribex.

I understand Trib works more like Viagra than Clomid, therefore giving you an increase in sexual drive, but no real change in your hormone levels. Please correct me if I'm wrong...

I'm using a Tribulus/Avena Sativa blend I bought from GNC here in Canada. Its made by a Canadian company... PVL, they make all sorts of bodybuiding supplements (they are not associated with the PVL UG lab).
Here's the contents of 3 capsules:

Tribulus Extract 1500mg, minimum 40%-45%furansterols including prodisoscin

Avena Sativa 525mg, from 10:1 extract

Bioperine 7.5mg, patented piper nigrum extract

I take 3 caps... 3 times/day(9 capsules/day). It says to take on an empty stomach. Does everyone else do this with Tribulus/Avena Sativa?

Viagra does not increase your sex drive, it only blocks a certain enzyme with a resultant smoothing of the muscles and increased blood flow to your dick. it does nothing for libido.

as far as Trib goes i've never been able tell that it was doing anything at all to me and the same goes for Avena Sativa. maybe i'm not taking enough?

Here was what I used for PCT. I too had excellent results without Clomid! I got my stuff from BAC, it was way cheaper the buying trib from a store. All my herbs were less then 20 bucks and will last me 2 or 3 post cycles.

I kept way more size and strength then I did when using Comid.

Avena Sativa 2000mg- 1000mg taken 2 times/day

Tribulus- 1000mg/day – 500mg Taken 2 times/day

Xanthoparmilia- 100mg/ day- once a day at night

Cnidium – 100mg/day –once a day at night

Maca 3000mg/day – 1500mg taken twice/day

ALA 1200 mg/day – 400mg taken 3 times/day

Milk Thistle 12600mg- 4200mg taken 3 times/day

Zinc- 50mg/day before bed

Nolva 20mg/day

Creatine 15g/day- 5g taken 3 time/day

I won't lie this stuff tastes bad, I would mix it in with some gatorade crystals that I bought and it would help with the taste.
Small price to pay and I will do it again.

Why use powder from BAC in a shake when you can buy everything already encapsulted from PF? The price is about the same and when you use powder in a shake you waste some, unless you scrap the sides of the blender and glass. Yuk.

they have a R(+) ALPHA LIPOIC ACID for sale now and claim that it is 99.7+% pure. they sell 20 grams of this powder for $16.25. they also sell 50 grams of biotin powder for $8.25. www.capmquick.com sells capping kits that makes it simple and easy to create your own capsules that you can tailor to your needs. its cheap too, and you can always order bulk amounts of capsules from them for cheap when you run out of the capsules that come with the kit. if you are planning on taking r-ala for an extended period of time, you could save yourself quite a chunk of cash by going this route. you might have to spend an hour or so every now-and-again filling capsules, but it could save you tons of cash in the long run. just a thought...

that is exactly why i asked.. i would much rather buy something pre capped if it is near the same price .. especially this stuff which is not so friendly on the taste buds..

also nelson would you recommend the normal dose that PF lists on there page or would upping the dose help more if you are more supressed?

is there any benefit to a "frontload" like people who use clomid/nolva?
