Unfortunately, Ryanh is speaking of topics he knows knothing about. I was Deputy for four years. And there is something called reasonable suspicion, which in and of itself is enough to pull someone over. I won't try to explain it because ryan would just say I was full of shit, until you do the job don't comment on it. I would not expect you to understand Marines or cops, but we understand and will take care of you.

Of course, one trained in your line of work would presumably know more about what goes on in the job than others usually will. Particularly, in the areas of procedure and enforcement. However, this is not always the case. There are also many officers who have no clue as to what he or she is talking about. Sometimes the legal system and attorneys have to inform them how to appropriately do their job.

However, the facts in the present case speak for themselves-----this man pulled over these two men simply because they were African-American. Call it racial profiling, call it racism; I don't need six years on the force to know when right is right and wrong is wrong. Nor does one even need a highschool education to spot when racism is emerging its ugly head.

Racism showed its ugly head, and it was put down right where it belongs-------in the trenches where racism belongs.

Slander? There's no slander involved here. You simply asked who will defend whites against discrimination. And usually you and Natymike do just that along with other individuals....i.e. David Duke.

I think they will reinstate the cop to his job.....but this bs of pulling people over because of what they drive is STUPID.....in some cases it's warranted...apparently this was the case....can anybody post the times when the officers are in the wrong? I have yet to see the situations where the cop was wrong posted....... Again, this case doesn't seem to be fair for the cop, but there are thousands of cases where the cops are wrong, and for some reason, these obvious fuckups are never commented on......again, I'm like Switzerland...neutral....I'm not being discriminated against, nor am I discriminating anybody....
