Ab-Solved is 7-Keto DHEA in transdermal format.

One of the only supplements I like from Avant labs.

For some people, high A2 receptor concentration is not the main problem, but a very sensitive zone to cortisol. 7-Keto DHEA blocks cortisol to asmall degree at the zone of application, and you get the desired fat loss in that zone. Obviously your diet has to be on spec. A bonus of 7-Keto DHEA is that it's a good immune booster and it improves sleep.

It's not too expensive. A bottle lasts 2 weeks or so and costs $20. But you can definately see it working. I always use it when cutting.

Have you ever been hydrostatically weighed to determine bodyfat because I think you are a lot lower than the numbers you're giving? I've been hydro-weighed three times now at the Cooper Clinic in Dallas. What would you estimate my bodyfat % to be from my pics (not the fat dude in my avatar - lol)?

I don't like Fonz's muscle shape, symmetry or the wide waist. Eviction seems to have better genetics (from a BB/looks standpoint) but with Fonz's supplements and gear it seems he'll take the victory due to cuts.

There are about 1000 threads on the dball question. I can't answer every single question directed at me. I have work to do. My life does not revolve around EF. I was going to get around to your question tommorrow, but it's obvious you lack the necessary patience for an explanation. So, if you don't mind...ask somebody else. I lost all interest in answering your question. I only update this thread because it's fast and takes about 1 minute/day.

For optimal results apply it in the AM and PM. I just apply in in the evenings(If you're not in a hurry) because it gives me a nice sense of well-being and i drift to sleep easier. Around the love-handles and abs...specially the lower abs. Spread it gently as it has alcohol and you can burn yourself if you out it on too hard and fast. If Y ES didn't do much for you ab-wise, Ab-solved will. My abs seem to get litle from Yoh ES, but great effect from Ab-Solved. Of course, genetics determines this. My genetics deems me to carry excess cortisol around the ab region, therefore Ab-Solved is ideal for me.

I asked you because I had read your thread and you seemed to have a handle on how dbol pct works. How is that similar to 7-oxo-dhea? From what I know it sounds like they do the same thing, but I was under the impression that 7-oxo had a systemic effect rather than local as you say 7-keto does.

It does have a systemic effect, but it's main effects seem to hang on right around the area of application(For a while anyways, and since it's applied at night, some fat is lost there. Which is compounded with recurrent use). Btw, 7-Keto DHEA = 7-oxo-DHEA. It's just another name for it. I just seem to be a really good responder to this supplement, It helps me immeasurably in the abdominal region. Some people just aren't good responders to this supplement.

I happened upon one free bottle of this stuff that I'm now holding onto. Is this worth anything when bulking? or only cutting?

Cutting mostly IMO. As the alcohol in the Ab-Solved has a small diuretic effect. Gets rid of extra-cellular water, giving your abs a more ripped look.

a few weeks back he said he was on masteron/fina/test.. now he is on GH, fina, test, T3, proviron... a smorgasbord of drugs and suppliments. It isnt a factor of how much of a single drug he is taken, its about the duration of these cycles... when is the last time he's taken "time off"??

I just hit 190lbs.......8% BF(Was 8.5% before...but I round it up) The cardio(low intensity) is paying off while my shoulder heals.

And I have yet to still lift a weight in over 2 1/2 weeks... :)

Abs are already dialed in...lol (Thank you genetics. :) ) But chest lags like usual.

I'm going to explode when i start...it's only for 5 weeks...but without cardio, i think i can out on a nice chunk of muscle with a clean diet.
 
I hate to see Fonz catch so much crap. He irritates me at times because of an attitude he cops at times - but heck, I annoy myself at times. He is a very creative thinker and has proposed some ideas I would never have thought about. As far as comparing physiques, Arnold is nothing next to Ronnie - but if Arnold gave me advice I would listen to every word. Fonz is not Arnold, but even if you are bigger etc than him, it does not detract from the accuracy of his message - and if he is bigger more ripped than anyone else it does not necessarily add to the accuracy of his message.

I don't know - I hate to see him the butt of so many attacks. No wonder he has an attitude. I would hate to see his private emails

T3 up-regulates the Beta receptors, and also obviously increases protein synthesis, turnover(catabolism) + the burning of fats and carbs as fuel.

What it doesn't do, and T2 was purported to do was increase your BMR by solely stimulating BAT(Brown Adipose Tissue), and thus burning fat only(or preferentially for fuel, unlike T3 which burns AA's for fuel if carb stores are low). Green Tea Polyphenol EGCG's do the same thing(Purportedly work through BAT), but they are mediated through the Beta-3 receptor.

A few people have used the T2+T3 combo(Instynct has it in liquid form) in doses ranging from 25mcg-100mcgs T3 to 100mcg - 400mcg T2.

I'm experimenting as to wether T2 works through a different mechanism than Green tea, thus giving me maximal BAT thermogenesis. Besides, it's not very expensive so I can experiment with it for a couple of weeks.

Alright, so i decided to brew up some masteron for the contest. I will start taking masteron at 100 mg eod for 4 weeks starting july 1st. I will be stacking it with 25mg var every day also. yal'll be callin me shredder by aug 2nd.

In 5/6 days I will be able to start training heavy again. Just keeping my shoulder from any type of fast movement.

Also, changing to Masteron at 100mg/day + Fina 50mg/day + Test(200mg/week)

6 weeks to go. Short time.

Tren E is more for convenience. I''m going to use it during the season. I had just made a whole Batch of Tren Ace so I had to use it.

FL7 is similar to P7. It has 7-Keto DHEA BUT other additives to make you calmer, less moody. In essence you get less 7-kETO-DHEA.

I'm only interested in the 7-Keto-DHEA.

Yohimburn ES does not work on my abs(I seem to have the strangest genetics), just on my legs.

I was always under the impression that yohimbine targets estrogen fat deposits anyway, so that would mean that it would do better on your legs than abs. I found the same thing when using pharmaceutical yohimbine

LOL...I was just going to comment on that. Since I didn't have any masteron on hand(It would take a couple of weeks to get to me), I'm going to be using 100mg Oral winny/day. I will get shin splints bad for like 2 weeks, but I don't think it'll be a problem.

I am currently running on all cylinders..shoulder is healed according to the doctor(GH helped this a lot), and I'm sitting at 185lbs 7% BF, and I have YET to start lifting.....lol Have to love them genetics. :)

I start this weekend...hope to gain 5-6lbs and lose 5-6lbs fat in 6 weeks...putting me at 185lbs 5% at the end....which is my goal.
