Bulldog_10 said:Strange...cuz stress fractures usually aren't diagnosed until after they heal. And they don't occur after blunt trauma...did you mean hairline fracture?
Bulldog_10 said:It's diagnosed more on circumstantial evidence than an MRI film or any solid evidence. Say you've been running alot lately and your ankle starts to hurt and they see nothing on the films...they'll make an educated guess saying it's a stress fracture, then after it heals they can confirm that it was indeed a stress fracture.
An MRI will not pick up a stress fracture, but it WILL pick up the extra bone that osteoblasts put there during the healing process to strengthen the bone in that area...this is how it is diagnosed.
jonny jacked said:Wow fonz that shoulder injury looks pretty nasty. Hope it heels quickly for you. Now, just a quick clarification if you could please fonz, I must be missing something here. You mentioned in your post that that particular shoulder injury which you claim to have received mountain biking occurred three weeks prior. But just a mere 6 pages back when people were alluding to what your current condition was you posted a pic
- (post # 291 may 29) – which might I add gives a great angle on your “injured shoulder” except I don’t see any bruising, scarring etc. in fact, I don’t see any evidence of any type of injury in that “current” pic
So, for an injury which you claimed occurred 3 weeks prior to June 4 – where so said and I quote “The skin was pretty much scorched,” (in reference to that horrible biking accident) – I must say, something just does not add up. Care to comment?
I for one would like to see a pic where we can clearly see your face and a clear shot of your shoulder. And just to make it perfectly clear when the pic was taken, hold up a copy of a current days newspaper.
So Fonzinator, Have you ever heard of a little game called bullshit? Well, it’s my call and I call BULLSHIT!
MrRTTB said:I feel I need to say a few things here.
eviction: Sure you are cut, but not nearly as Fonz, I think everyone agree on that. You need more pecs and thicker back. You need to start working on your pecs more serious or change your program or something. Do not take this the wrong way, but as you posted your pics I hope you can take the "critique"..the gyno will be no problem getting rid of, more pecs and less gyno and you will look very good.
Fonz: Are you always this fucking cut? Hope you do not have any eating disorder or something. You look pretty much like me, only difference is I have bigger pecs and thicker back, wider sholders and bigger abs, but then again I compete and have placed Nr 1 in symet. every time. If I would be you I would probably stop the on season look after the summer, and start eating more for a while. I think it would make you good. I've never seen your quads, hams or calfs so shoot a pic and post it.
Why don't you just start a competition, like the "Elitefitness body contest" or something. Where everyone could join with pictures. You compete height classes.

little chris said:Hey fonz do you ever bulk up. I mean like just let yourself go and pack on some winter pounds. It seems your weight never changes more than 10lbs and you BF never goes above 7%. Is it because of your staying in shape for soccer?
needsize said:since you guys are extending this, now I want some.
I started my diet 4 weeks ago at 258lbs and 13%, was tested at just under 10% and weighed 234lbs today
Fonz said:Update:
Started on Arimidex to get rid of the test-induced edema.
Bodyweight now is: 195lbs BF% of circa 10%
I'm dry now, so these are my stats as of today, at 5"9

Fonz said:I was going all out for this contest. Right now sitting at 201lbs at about 10%(I am holding water).
I decided it would be cool to see just how big I could get in 6 weeks. Right now, just trying to keep the mass with lots and lots of PShakes and light cardio.(> 10% I consider fat for me)
Once my shoulder heals, I'll still be going all out. My goal is 195lbs < 6% BF.
Thats 20lbs over my normal weight in musculature.

jubei said:Fonz, I know you'll see this here so I'll ask. How much dandilion and caffine for a diuretic. Also what if any otc diuretic is safe and effective for long term use, assuming enough water is taken?
Lumberg said:As far as I know caffeine is not a diuretic.
Caffiene will dehydrate you like a mofo. jubei said:of course caffiene is a diuretic. Shave your stash.
jubei said:How about dandilion root? Effective dose IYHO? or a good, safe alternative?
Fonz said:It's an extremely mild diuretic. Lumberg isn't totally incorrect, it's diuretic properties are next to none in some people.

anya said:Eight ounces? First I'd say that's a very modest amount of coffee, and second I'd say the liquid measure of the coffee is by itself meaningless. We'd need to know the caffiene content in milligrams before we could begin to make any conclusions regarding the potency of caffiene as a duiretic.
Now reverting back to anecdotal evidence upon which I based my first post, I know that when I use 3 TBs of very finely ground coffee to make about 12 ounces of brewed coffee I'm pissing like a race horse and my mouth is dry as a bone within a few hours.
Wuss all this bidness about?

This is an interesting thread, on an interesting forum, and I see quite often references from EF and other american forums on various norwegian forums. Lots of knowledgeable and entertaining people here, so it's absolutely worth checking into.
Good luck to you both, by the way.

my contriburion will be severely limited, but I'll do what I can. Karma for you my friend Fonz said:It was sheer luck I got hold of the GH. It's working well. I do hate waking up at 6 Am to do 1.5hrs of very light cardio on my stationary bike at home though. Which really sucks. But you got to do what you got to do and suck it up. Besides, it wakes you up...I do miss HIT training though. I'm about 194lbs right now. BF% dropping slowly but surely. 9.5% or so. Hard to measure .5% with the calipers. The calipers acuracy impedes this. But mirror wise...I'm getting leaner. Abs are pretty much in shape. Same deal with back, legs, and arms. All I have to do is hit chest/shoulders/calves when my shoulder finally heals. I give it a week and a half thanks to the GH.
Fonz said:191.5lbs...BF% dropping due to GH+combo of Levorex and Yohimburn ES.
Should be about 9% now. My 6-pack is completely there. Back is striated pretty good too. 1 more week and it's time to hit chest and legs like crazy. Oh yeah, and I hate stationary bikes. So bloody boring.

orange juice authority said:Is this guy a walking pharmacy or what. What aren't you on bro? Eviction has the good genetics, however you are definitly ahead in the cuts department. Strange ab development as well as what looks to be a very wide waist.
Fonz said:This is what I'm on:
1. Fina at 75mg ED
2. T3 at 25mcgs/day
3. Test at 250mg/week
4. Proviron at 25mg ED
5. Novaldex at 10mg/day(This is more for lipids than anyhting else)
6. HgH at 3-4IU's/day(I only have enough for 2 weeks...IMO just enough to see some improvement in my shoulder)
That's it for drugs.
Now supplements is another story:
1. Yohimburn ES(legs) ED.
2. Ab-Solved(abs) ED.
3. Levorexin at 16 caps/day + 1 cap GT/day + 1 cap ALCar/day
4. Glut. Peptides: 2 Scoops/day
5. T2 at 400mcgs/day
6. ISO-AGB at 2-3 scoops/day
7. Whey Protein Isolate at 4-5 scoops/day
8. Policosanol at 30mg/day + vIT. c 2G/DAY + 1200iu Vit. E
9. R-ALA: 600-1000mgs/day
I do not use ECA. Makes my hands shake. I hate that. Too bad AF had to discontinue NYC.
All I'm doing right now is very, very light cardio for 1-1.5hrs(40% HR)/day + I increased fat calories and protein calories to compensate(Don't want to lose muscle).
What I do know is that 2-3 days of Glut. Peptides+ISO-AGB+Whey Protein Isolate+some fat(P. Butter) gives you outstanding results. Great combo for breaking a plateau.
