Wow fonz that shoulder injury looks pretty nasty. Hope it heels quickly for you. Now, just a quick clarification if you could please fonz, I must be missing something here. You mentioned in your post that that particular shoulder injury which you claim to have received mountain biking occurred three weeks prior. But just a mere 6 pages back when people were alluding to what your current condition was you posted a pic
- (post # 291 may 29) – which might I add gives a great angle on your “injured shoulder” except I don’t see any bruising, scarring etc. in fact, I don’t see any evidence of any type of injury in that “current” pic

So, for an injury which you claimed occurred 3 weeks prior to June 4 – where so said and I quote “The skin was pretty much scorched,” (in reference to that horrible biking accident) – I must say, something just does not add up. Care to comment?

I for one would like to see a pic where we can clearly see your face and a clear shot of your shoulder. And just to make it perfectly clear when the pic was taken, hold up a copy of a current days newspaper.

So Fonzinator, Have you ever heard of a little game called bullshit? Well, it’s my call and I call BULLSHIT!

Strange...cuz stress fractures usually aren't diagnosed until after they heal. And they don't occur after blunt trauma...did you mean hairline fracture?

A hairline fracture is also known as a stress fracture. It is a minor fracture in which the bone continues to be in perfect alignment. The fracture appears on an x-ray as a very thin "hairline" between the two segments, it does not extend through the entire surface of the bone.

It's diagnosed more on circumstantial evidence than an MRI film or any solid evidence. Say you've been running alot lately and your ankle starts to hurt and they see nothing on the films...they'll make an educated guess saying it's a stress fracture, then after it heals they can confirm that it was indeed a stress fracture.

An MRI will not pick up a stress fracture, but it WILL pick up the extra bone that osteoblasts put there during the healing process to strengthen the bone in that area...this is how it is diagnosed.

Ah...but as you've stated here these fractures are injuries of repetitive overuse and occur in weight bearing bones (like in the ankles or feet). More than half of these types of fractures occur in the lower leg.

A good example would be if Fonz had a stress fracture in his metatarsal from playing too much soccer without enough rest, and possibly switching surfaces from grass to turf.

exactly what i was thinking.. something does NOT add up here! except for the post count... 400+ replies highest post count out of any thread on the anabolic forum

And again, my leeches surface. What surprise....lol

I don't need to explain anything to you. You are not part of this contest. I actually debated just forgetting about it, and saying nothing because I knew this would happen. Just letting it heal while doing light cardio. I'm starting off in better shape than eviction so i had a lot of room to spare, so cutting my time to 4 weeks was not unthinkable to me. But this is supposed to be a fair contest....so I posted it. Now Eviction gets more time to prepare while I still have to let my shoulder heal.

So what EXACTLY do I gain by saying this?

Nothing.....I'm actually still losing preparation time.

Now, do everybody the favor of getting OUT of this thread or I will ask for your posts to simply get edited. This is just another one of those pathetic anti-Fonz campaigns of yours. And i have neither the time nor the patience to answer you.
