I started my diet 4 weeks ago at 258lbs and 13%, was tested at just under 10% and weighed 234lbs today

Started on Arimidex to get rid of the test-induced edema.

Bodyweight now is: 195lbs BF% of circa 10%

I'm dry now, so these are my stats as of today, at 5"9

Ok, I have a question. At 12 today you posted the following:

I was going all out for this contest. Right now sitting at 201lbs at about 10%(I am holding water).

I decided it would be cool to see just how big I could get in 6 weeks. Right now, just trying to keep the mass with lots and lots of PShakes and light cardio.(> 10% I consider fat for me)

Once my shoulder heals, I'll still be going all out. My goal is 195lbs < 6% BF.

Thats 20lbs over my normal weight in musculature.

i think he is trying to say that he lost 6lbs of water overnight using arimidex from a "test induced edema"....

That's a lot of sweating/pissing. Arimidex will allow one to lose that much that quickly? What dose does that?

What does that do to you after though? That's some drastic reduction.

it is possible to lose 10lbs of water in 24 hours, i've done it a couple times back when i wrestled in high school.
