I have a Schwinn. Well...had. :) Good thing it still was still under parts warranty or else I'd have to pay for one hell of a fix-up job.
 
why does he have to have an eating disorder to be cut 24/7? i can see your point of view bro dont get me wrong. but if and when i get down to that body fat level you can call me anything you want. eating disorder and bodybuilding go hand in hand its like a habit, nicotine,alcohol,coke, we just choose to shove "good" food down our pipes at least for me. i dont drink/smoke/do pills/do drugs...i just lift hard and eat good

I was going all out for this contest. Right now sitting at 201lbs at about 10%(I am holding water).

I decided it would be cool to see just how big I could get in 6 weeks. Right now, just trying to keep the mass with lots and lots of PShakes and light cardio.(> 10% I consider fat for me)

Once my shoulder heals, I'll still be going all out. My goal is 195lbs < 6% BF.

Thats 20lbs over my normal weight in musculature.
 
since you guys are extending this, now I want some.
I started my diet 4 weeks ago at 258lbs and 13%, was tested at just under 10% and weighed 234lbs today
