are you sure you went kicked out for being a dickwad?

Lost my family when I was 10.
Lived with my gran till I was 16.
Been on my own since then.

It was very hard at times trying to get enough money for rent and go to school. Plus, despite what all your fiends say about how cool it is to live on your own, it can be hard and lonely. There are the obviuos things I would like back but my life now is great.

20, when I transfered to a different school. I can't stand being home for more than a few days at a time now, maybe because I'd spent so much time there.

Good responces.

IMO, moving out to go to college while having your parents pay for 80% of shit doesnt really count.

Lets just think of it as being 100% independent.....

I left at 19

Mom and I didn't see eye to eye on my lifestyle and I thought I knew it all so I left before I was booted(and I woulda deserved it)

Very worth it for me, i grew up and I became independant at a young age. It also make me appreciate all that my mother did for me and we have had a great relationship since then.
