J JwhiteC07 New member Feb 24, 2010 #1 My cycle is sustanon at 500mgs a week. I have some arimidex to help prevent gyno and such but am unsure as to how much i should take while im on my cycle. Ive heard anywhere from .25mg eod to .5 ed. What would be the best dosage to?
