Are you willing to die for someone??

Would you give your life to save someone elses, even if you didnt know the person??? (Ex: A bus is about to run over a stranger who doesnt see it comming. You can push them out of the way and save them, but you loose your life if you do it.) A lot of people say they would do one thing, but how many people would honestly sacrifice themselves if it really came down to it? Just curious. Im not even 100% sure what i'd do. I'd say there's at least an 80% chance I'd save the person even if it ment my death.

As for me, honestly, not really. I can say I would, but currently there isn't anyone I would die for.

selfish? ok... then tell me why death is a tragedy? Aside from varying faiths, there is no way you can sit here and tell me that death is necessarily bad for the person it happens to. Therefore, the only bad in death is the loss of the person to those close to him/her(aside from pain associated with death). People do not necessarily grieve the deaths of others because they died, but because that person will no longer be around to provide the same role in their lives.


... essentially, what I'm saying is that anyone who is important enough to me where their death would ruin my quality of life... i.e. girlfriend, anyone I truly love, I would die for. Their death would be an unbearable pain and I would rather die than see them leave. Call it selfish or call it logical. whatever

lol, i use it on another site i post on... my previous one had a shot of my chest... needless to say this other board isn't a fitness related board and I got several pm's from good looking chicks saying things like .. "that's not really your chest is it? eeek" I guess not all chicks like ripped physiques... at least not the ones I go for.
