are sugars ok durking a bulking diet?

i love frosted flakes!!!! so i was wondering if having 3 or 4 bowls of them on sat and sun is bad? i know sugars turn to fat but does it really matter on a bulking diet? i finally am eating 4000 cals/day and on 750mg of Sust/wk, 1cc tren/EOD and 25mg proviron/day. i want to get big but somehow, i think that the only thing getting bigger is my belly. been on this bulking diet for two weeks now, my stats are 218lbs, 5'10, 15% bf, 23 years old. im eating 4005 cals, 89 fats, 469 carbs, 332 pro. like i said, i am getting a bit of a spare tire around my waist from eating all this food (im only on my 3rd week of the cycle) so should i cut off the frosted flakes on the weekends? also, WHY THE HELL AM I GETTING FAT?????
 
During bulking you will inevitably gain fat and muscle. Dont worry so much about what you eat and the fat you gain, you will cut it off later with a new found ability to burn fat faster (more lbm). However, dont overdue the crap you eat. Eat more quality stuff at least during the week, such as yams, potatoes , etc. You can cook em fry em boil em whatever, but be sure to have good quality stuff in there, not 4000cals from frosted flakes and pizza. It will do wonders for packing on your gut.

Have fun during your bulknig diet, but dont overdue it.
