are needles legal to buy in california stores now b/c of arnold?

one of my friends told me that arnold just passes a law saying that you can now buy needles at pharmacy in stores now with out a prescribed order. has anyone heard of this. if so pass on the good news

You need a prescription to buy needles in the USA? crazy. In Canada, you just pick them up wherever you want. Good thing I bought directly from getpinz, so i didnt have to go thru the hassel of a prescription

Actually Arnold did pass a law to help reduce needle transfer of disease. From what I read the other day in USA today, you can go into a pharm and buy 10 needles without a script.
