Arching Back in the bench press

A month ago I was trying to bench three plates for the first time and lifted my butt off the bench. My back hurt a little at the time but it's been aching ever since and I can't train more than light. I regularly deadlift with 500lbs and have bent rowed with 275. What's up with my back?
 
Quality. Not quantity.

If you train for quantity, you'll impress some clowns at the gym. If you train for quality, you'll impress all the ladies at the beach.

Knowledgable buddy told me to kick feet way behind me and pinch ass cheeks together when doing bench,tried ity once,even though i knew better and i think thats what messed up my back for friggin 2 MONTHS!!!!really bad for first 3 weeks,(trouble walking)just take it easy for a time,ease back into it,people said back muscles take time to heal,didnt believe it till then.....
