Arabic Cuisine

Do you ever eat at Arabic restaurants? Do you even have any nearby?

I'm quite choosy about the quality of the food that passes my lips but I do eat regularly in the Arab quarter and apart from having to endure the sight of people shoveling food into their mouths with their hands the food is excellent and ridiculously cheap.

What type of food is it? How do they cook it? I will have to try it..

I'm partial to it, esp. this time of year. The warm weather brings back the past. A Lebanese place recently opened up a few miles away that makes some resonably good food.
Greek cuisine has a few similarities. The differences are enough so there's no mistaking the two, but I've always found it to be an alternative when the mood hits.

Humus, couscous, tabouli, baba ghanoush, Egyptian lentil soup, tahini, karishee etc the list is endless.

If you've really never tried Arabic foods then you must try at least once.

I love Middle Eastern food, it was my last cheat meal, and then we also smoked one of those water pipes, it was LUSH
