AR nutrition glutamine ... not that bitter ?

are glutamine peptides supposed to be bitter ? because i have tried another brand of glutamine peptide which was bitter that i couldnt drink it alone w/o a protein shake. i currently bought AR nutrition glutamine peptides and they didnt taste that bitter ... is this normal ?
