AOL finally starts going tits up

The world's most over-rated company - finally started it's descent downwards laying 25 PER CENT of it's company;

"AOL said Thursday that about 5,000 workers will probably be let go within six months as the company moves away from its old dial-up Internet access business in a bid to win more advertising dollars online."

25% is a lot. So that means a lot of people were probably doing dick-all all day and bored. I hated that company, let alone their customer service support gestapos
