Energy drinks and ginseng, and caffenine don't work for me at all. When i eat chocolate or something sweet, tasty, or satisfying i feel really good for like 10 minutes and then its gone. I found that the best way to combat this thing i have is orginization and being highly interested in everything you do, and laugh and smile. I feel good when im laughing and telling jokes because i forget that im tired, but when it comes to serious situations, or listening to someone, sometimes i can't even listen to jokes too tired, but again, not that i wanna sleep exactly but the kind of tired that you play on the computer for a long time. In class at school i just wanna sleep all the time and have to combat that and im very slow with taking notes and listening right away for a long period of time, not because im stupid just tired, yet if someone would have asked me lets play basketball i would have, so its hard to explain. Maybe i have sometype of imbalance maybe not enough adrenaline or something.
