How to fix energy drops

I would look at your sleep and if you are getting good quality sleep. Also, it is still normal to wind down at night so unless you are exhausted or it is effecting your training don't overthink it. Also, make sure you aren't drinking a ton of caffeine throughout the day or you will crash.
