get off all the caffine for awhile... look at your diet...and take some gaba, passion flower and valerian root before you go to bed so you can get a more restful sleep.
then once you have that covered try some 5-htp and a heaping tsp. of Ashwagandha

Yeah i did that earlier and and sure ill post or email u feedback. I dont see it helping much nothing ever does and if it does i see it helping for maybe a week like those 4 monster energy drinks i drank everyday at the same time. I never thought about getting better sleep though i always find myself having nightmares and sometimes sleep walking. When im really stressed out i sleep walk alot and ive ended up in the woods one time and i think that was the scariest thing thats ever happend to me.

Well i got those energy pills in today the envelope was a little creepy i thought anthrax was gona go all over me when i opened it. As far as im concerned those energy pills may have saved my life. Today i woke up feeling kinda sick and had about a 99 temperature, but i figured i could still go into work anyways. Then I got those pills in the mail and cautiously opened the envelope and then took 2 once i saw what they were. Anyways i went into work after working for about 1.5 hours and feeling horrible yet still energetic and able to count money and buss tables fine well except for the blood shot eyes and pale face. Then i went into the bathroom and checked my temperature and it was 103.5 and thats when i decided to ask if i could go home, but as far as im concerned the only reason im not passed out right now is because of those pills. Anyways im gona take 2 more when im feeling better and then ill post how well they worked and if they do the job then ill buy me some as soon as i get the money.

I realized how dumb of an idea it was to take those pills when i had a fever i did not realized ephedra ups ur heart rate and temperature and if these dwarf ephedra there is no way they don't have the bad side effects. Oh yeah i think im gona buy a bottle they seem to work very well i just took my last one. However i can see some side effects of them that arent so great.
