i havethis problem since i used winstrol. what did you do about this, if you had the prob? it is really fucking up my workouts since i started working out again! i wont use deca, it didnt work for me at 400mgs/week. any suggestions
I developed a case of nasty tendonitis from skull crushers. I'll never do them again. It kills my elbows too much. I just took tons of ibuprofen untill the pain stopped.
My elbows are always fucked up, sometimes to the point where I can't even work my tri's at all It is from baseball though. I find Eq really helps my joints. Icy Hot on the area may help and 20 grams of L-Glutamin will work also. It worked for me when I had bad joint pain coming off my last cycle.
Yeah I stopped doing them. I kept hearing "click-click" on my elbow as i went up and down and I predicted the future to come from there and just never did them again
MSM and deca have helped me in the past. I can't believe at 400mg pw the deca did'nt help, thats weird... I would advise staying away from the skull crushers though!! Every time I used that excercise within a week my elbows will begin to scream!!!
I had the same issue only when doing skull crushers as well. I couldnt finish to reps with out having to stop. I stopped doing them for 6 months and just hit diferent exercises, I tried them last week and it was much better. I can do 4 sets but I can still feel where its unjured. Good luck
I took about four months off of skullcrushers
and the pain is gone now. I did a lot of presdowns
and dips did not hurt at all. I made good gains from
the change too
yea , you have to be careful some exercises you cannot go that heavy on, like the skull crushers. There are plenty of other exercises that would suffice so if they bother you find something else that works.
