Anyone try the new bd retracable pins?

Got to say there kind a cool...I got screwed into buying them the pharmacist tossed me the bag and I assumed they were luer lock.. Get home go to switch pins didn't fit then tried to shoot fluid into another pin and BAMM needle retracts and oil flies everywhere hahahahahaha FML

But now I know how they work so my last two shots have been good...One thing I have never done is extract and shoot with the same pin..Until now kinda noided out of infections since it goes against everything I have ever instructed other to do hahahahaha

Anyways if you can get replacement tips there pretty sweet once you are done injecting the pin retracts fast as fuck hahahaha

I dont like extracting and injecting with the same pin either.
It will typically dull the pin.

So like it pulls out for you once all the fluid has been dispersed. Kind of cool I think.

That scenario made me laugh, I can imagine the wtf look you must of had when the pin suddenly retracted. lol.

Looks pretty cool.....This may be a stupid question, but is there any chance the pin could retract before all the oil has been injected?

Interesting. I'm sure it'd be a little weird though, at least at first. So, that little bit that always gets wasted goes through? Cool.

the problem with these is that I almost always draw back a big pile of air and then inject this air into the veil in an effort to get a good flow back into the needle. When doing this the needle will retract? WIll the needle ever come back again? SHit even I have dome questions every once in a blue moon I guess ..

no, the needle doesn't retract until you push the plunger all the way down, and you have to push it fairly firm to get it to retract.
