i got the regular protein bar stuff, the regular flavor that is. chopped up some banana's and got a bag of mixed berries and put a few cups of that in and just got a cookie cutter and did it up like that. Getting lots of berries and stuff plus my protein. it's a delicious snack which lots of calories, good fats and some anti oxidents
i have played around a bit with baking them brownie like, and a couple of cookie recipes too.
pretty much kept the same "add ins" but would add an egg or two to aid in baking!! one of the best ones was actually doing some mac nut oil, shredded coconut, and cocoa powder! tasted like almond joy cookies to me!
