Well, I'm much happier too! We seem to have a great connection... I've been tracking my food and this past week I passed up muffins and cake and other goodies at work. All I could think about was my Saturday "treat." --Nate and I went for sushi for our 9 month marker of us getting together. Heck, we didn't really need a special reason to go for sushi, but it helped that I had something to look forward to. This morning I hopped on the scale at the gym and was about 4 pounds lighter! I tend to weight myself a little too much (says Nate) but for me it is a way to keep myself in check. I don't want any surprises! I'll probably check my BF every month...
Instead of passing them up you should have passed them over...a man's gotta eat.
Seriously, great work to all the women that posted. Thanks for sharing...if only one newbie finds inspiration from what you ladies have done then it is worth it.
