is it really worth it? the surgury?
I had it done, but dont think it was worth it since it keeps coming and going.
and the money factor and the scars and skin sagging.
 
i getting the surgery done on july 12th. Got a grape size lump under my right nip thanks to tren. I have never heard of the "sagging" in anyone elses case, could it just be the constant stretching of your skin? Who else had this surgery done recently? want to hear success stories considering i'm going in next month for it!
 
Got one sided and it's ok..........I mean I'd really like to get it fixed and go back to normal, but I don't want a crater there if they remove the gland.

I think until I can really find a doc that specializes here in MN i'll hold off. Hopefully run in and say it hurts like hell and insurance will cover it
 
Letrozole with every cycle has pretty much kept me away from gyno problems ;)

I asked my surgeon if he was going to do anything with the gland and he told me no. I doubt that they will do anything with it unless you come straight out and confess to using and you want it petrified, crushed or remove. At least if you have the petrified or crushed, your chances of having pits is reduced greatly to none..

So after my surgery X, i'm def. staying away from what caused it (tren), but as a precautionary measure, how much letro should I run during cycle to avoid this from happening again? I have done test (up to 750 a week at some points), eq, masteron, ot, bp, and never had an issue. I think I got the beginnings (puffy nips) from a dbol cycle I tried during my prohormone stage about 2 years ago (might even got some puffiness from those crappy things), but the puffiness would usually go away after a few months. Normally I would run 20 mgs of nolva e0d and 1/2 mg of adex during cycle and normal pct. Should I just go with what worked for me in the past or run letro? Letro shuts me down sexually at 2.5 mg a day - so I want to avoid that at all costs. But like I said, tren is the culprate of my gyno - so i'll never do anything nandrolone based again, deca or tren and even scared to do eq (sorta gave me some puffiness)..

whatdya' think x?

I told my surgeon the truth, we he asked and I did not lie, I was referred to him via my GP. So when I first seen him it was on the NHS “National Health Service" which is free in the UK. He original said come back in six months and he would reassess it. When I told him I had Private Health care he said he would do it with in 2 weeks and gave my the number to his private secretary to arrange it.

Some time I think it all comes to money.
 
Too many guys here think surgery is something that's easy to do. I can tell you from experience that it's NOT. You can have life long scarring and pain at the site - along with possible deformaties etc... It's not as simple as it seems. Plus, the surgery can run upwards of $7,000 USD. I would opt. for letrozole (femara) treatement over surgery anyday.

i did it, with a top plastic surgeon and not happy, bumps in chest from lipo...and inside scar tissue bigger then the gyno, scars pain, nummness, sharp pains everyonce in a while. and this is 5-6 years after the surgery.

i had to have it when i was like 11 years old. but i had more than lump, i had big fucking bitch titties. so imo there was no choice because fighting mother fucking bitch ass kids everyday cause they run they're mouth is just too stressful.
 
Ya I have pea sized lumps uder both nipples and some puffyness from that f'cking tren. I love tren but I hate the gyno. Ill be running a high dose letro with my next cycle and hopefully it helps.
 
I have it right now. the left lump is the size of a nickle and the right side is the size of a dime. They were actually bigger and very puffy, but I started letro 3 days ago and they are already shrinking and the puffiness is gone.

Letro is a gift from god that I suggest everyone use for gyno. Its truly a miracle!

The shit just works.
 
I had the surgery to remove the gland, and it was the best thing I ever did. I have not had any problems since. Scar is barely noticeable, never have any pain, problems, etc. It doesnt leave a crater either if they remove the gland either. I had the gland removed and lipo, to remove all the fatty tissue. My surgeon guaranteed it would not return. However, the fatty tissue could return if you ever started to get fat. I dont think I have to worry about that, because I stay in pretty good shape all year.

As for the skin not staying tight around the chest area after surgery, that is all on you after you have surgery. I had to wear like a sports bra type shirt for 3 weeks, to keep the skin tight around the chest. Plus I had to be wrapped in 2 ace bandages too. (All day and night, 24 hours/day) Only time I could take it off, was to shower. It was a big pain in the ass, but it had to be done.. Plus my insurance covered the $5k operation.. I didnt pay a cent! :)
