Anyone here knows what a good powder mixer is to mix cornstarch with dbol to then cap

I wast old about "pouring them in a paper bag" i find this laughable, shaking a paper bag will yield 9999% error. is there some kind of low cost blender that blends/mixes 2 powders very uniformely? Also about suspending powders in everclear, i rather not go that route. is that how they make liquidex to begin with?
