nsashbl01 New member Jul 26, 2005 #2 I do zero cardio and have all my abs. I do not have natural abs either. It's all about staying lean by eating clean and doing good heavy core work. Make sure you do deads, squats, standing shoulder press, etc. That made all the difference to me.
