My dad gave me this lifting magazine that had these in it. They are crazy hand grippers for training your grip. One of them is so tough to do that only two men in the world can close it. Just curious if anyone here trains there grip to this extent? Oh yeah the trainer or beginner one takes 100 pounds of force to close while the normal one's you see at sporting stores are generally only 50 pounds. The number four that only two guys in the world can close takes 365 pounds of force!!

Lol, I think posts about the CoC's have been in the double digits just within the lats week or so. I think everyone on this board is familiar with them, and alot of people use them. Great grip trainers.

there are a few threads in this forum bro, just have a quick look, but if you got any more questions about them then feel free to pm me.

I used them this morning. I have the trainer and the #1 gripper. I keep them in my car and when I feel like killing someone... I grab my grippers and start crushing them...all the while pretending it is the asshole's larynx in the car ahead of me.

I just ordered the trainer and #1 grippers this morning. Hopefully they will help recover the strength I lost in my grip due to carpel tunnel surgery.
