Anyone have gynecomastia surgery and regret it?

Has anyone ever had gynecomastia surgery, and wished you hadn't? Like unsatisfactory results, scarring, etc whether it happened to you or someone you know. I'm seriously considering surgery so I was wondering if anyone had any reasons for not going through with it. I've heard from most people that the scarring is not noticeable.

Been 4 days and no replies.... I'd say that's your answer! I've looked into this myself, and have never heard of anyone wishing they hadn't done it. The only negatives would be the cost, as most insurance won't pay, and of course the usual risks with any medical procedure. If I were going to do it, I'd eliminate the biggest danger by having it done without general anesthetic. That also cuts the cost in about half. It's not supposed to be a painful surgery, and I've heard from more than one person that it's not as unpleasant and doesn't take as long as getting a cavity drilled & filled.
