gynecomastia surgery

I am looking for a good gyno surgeon in oregon or the state of Washington. Any one have any recommendations?

Has anyone ever had gynecomastia surgery, and wished you hadn't? Like unsatisfactory results, scarring, etc whether it happened to you or someone you know. I'm seriously considering surgery so I was wondering if anyone had any reasons for not going through with it. I've heard from most people...
