I think these things are ace.
I've been doing these instead of curls on a friday.
It's meant to be a cardio, but I like to put it to one of the hardest levels and just pull like hell. I can feel real power on this thing.
Incase you don't know what I mean, it's where you sit down and theres a rope infront of you on a vertical loop sort of thing..
Anyone else use?
