Anyone good at looking at lab results?

I had blood work similar to this:

Testosterone, Free, Bioavail/Tot 95
Testosterone, Tot, LC/MS/MS 351 250-1100 ng/dl
Testosterone, Free 60.9 46.0-224.0 pg/ml
Testosterone, Bioavailable 119.9 110.0-575.0 ng/dl
SEx Hormone Dinding Glob 23 8-48 nmol/L
Albumin 4.3 3.6-5.1 g/dl

You should consider HRT if you have the symptoms.

How old are you?
I'm 35

BTW. I had a great week that week.
Broke up with my GF.
My car was stolen.
Found out we are not getting bonuses.
The list goes on...
Could be worse...

I find out about shoulder surgery on Monday afternoon. Wonder if I need a blood draw as well?

Torn rotator in right shoulder, happened while armwrestling. What a waste. Not looking forward to 5 months of rehab but full range of motion and painfree would be nice.

I was 35 and lost my edge at work. Could not complete my usual workouts. Could not do sports. Mental clarity was down. This is the short list. Fought it until I was 37 as I had been drug free. After I eliminated all possible variables as stress, sleep, and money out of the picture, and multiple blood work to confirm I went on HRT.

I will not live without HRT.

I went in for major shoulder surgery and they requested that I have blood work done.
I asked that they run test levels etc.
Here are the results. Any input would be appreciated.
BTW. I have not worked out since the beginning of the year. Only eating 3 times a day. Not healthy. Drinking a lot too. 35 y/o. 6'3" 250ish.

Thoughts?
reduce the alcohol consumption.clean up you diet to address the high trigylcerides and i don't see ast/alt values which may be elevated because of the alcohol.get another panel done to see.your test total is where i was at 35 but came off cycle and it was in the low 100's so doc wrote me script for test c at 200/mg wk although i run it 120 to 150/wk split into two doses 3.5 days apart, sun am/wed pm to keep levels more stable.free test could be higher, try unleashed as i am just starting it and hope to elevate my free test.shbg is in range but the unleashed will bring it down a bit and allow for higher free test!

I am meeting with the Dr tomorrow. I will see what he says.
My plan is to keep cleaning up my diet so that I will be back 100% by the time I am working out again.
I just found out my insurance is not going to cover my rehad since I used my 30 visits per year on my back after my car accident. Needless to say I can't afford to pay for rehab.
This is going to get interesting.
BTW I am only drinking on weekends now. Generally once. The only time I drink during the weeks is when I entertain clients.
The week of my labs I was entertaining clients and freaking out to all the shit that was going down in life.

I find that repugnant.

Yes, you may have contributed to your accidents, but you need rehab, how can you recover and get back to work without it?

You may not require any medical care for years after this.

There are times in people's lives that things are misfortunate.

I really have a hard time understanding your medical insurance and why people actually want to still have it instead of anohter system.

Tat, dont get started on our health care system here in the states.

Met with the Dr today. He seems to be very concerned.
I don't think it is a big deal. I my creatine levels are the result of what I listed before.
Again, he is really concerned so I am going back for more test:

-Magnesium
-Phosphorus
-Potassium
-Basic Metabolic Panel w/ EGFR
-Hepatitis Panel Acute w/ Reflex
-ANA w/ reflex IFA
-CBC w/ diff (H/H, RBC, indices, WBC, PLT, Diff)
-ESR, Westergren
-UA Complete
-I am also "collecting" my urine for a 24 hour period to be analyzed for protein and creatine

If he is still concerned after that he said we will have to have a biopsy of my kidneys.

Sounds like fun!

*If this is all just because I have more muscle than the "average" person or due to muscle damage I am going to choke the shit out of my doctor.
**He knows it too!

The more I research this the more it looks like I am correct that the high creatine levels are a result of having more muscle than the average person.
Still, tomorrow I get to pee in a jar all day. I guess its better safe than sorry.
I don't like knowing more than my Dr. Thats not a good sign.
BTW. Even though I have not been working out due to injury I am probably (at worst) 20% body fat. That puts me at over 200lbs of LBM. That would give me high creatine levels and also a low eGFR reading.
